Thank you for your interest in carrying our products!
Most HaiKitti products are designed and manufactured in-house. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Minimum Order Requirements
- Opening Order Minimum: $90*
- Reorder Minimum: $60**
- Orders must be placed in standard pack quantities where applicable.
- All orders are subject to product availability.
*$60 for rescues and shelters
**$40 for rescues and shelters
2. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is set at approximately 50% of Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) unless otherwise stated.
Retailers agree to:
- Sell HaiKitti products at or near MSRP
- Not discount products more than 25% below MSRP without prior approval
- Not bundle HaiKitti products with heavy discounts that devalue the brand
3. Order Processing & Production Time
All HaiKitti products are handmade in small batches.
- Standard processing time: 7–14 business days
- Larger orders may require additional production time
- Orders are processed in the order received
- Retailers will be notified of any delays
Rush orders (2-5 business days) are not guaranteed. A 12% rush fee will be added to your subtotal, and promptly invoiced to cover staff overtime.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit Card
- Shopify Invoice
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer (if applicable)
Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise approved in writing. See below for more details on NET terms.
Net payment terms may be offered to approved retailers with over $2,000 in annual expenditures (1/1/0000 - 12/31/0000) at HaiKitti’s discretion. Shelters and rescues may be offered NET 30 with over $500 in annual expenditures (1/1/0000 - 12/31/0000).
5. Shipping
- Orders ship from California Monday - Saturday
- Retailers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise agreed upon
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately
- Tracking information will be provided once shipped
HaiKitti is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Damages & Defects
All orders are inspected prior to shipment.
If items arrive damaged or defective:
- Retailers must notify HaiKitti within 5 business days of delivery
- Photos of damaged items must be provided
- Approved claims will be replaced or credited
Claims submitted after 5 business days may not be accepted.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale orders are final sale.
Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Manufacturer defect
- Incorrect item shipment
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. Please donate your fully operational cat toys/accessories to a local shelter, rescue, or non-profit.
8. Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed:
- Retailers will be notified
9. Product Display & Branding
Retailers agree to:
- Display HaiKitti products in a professional manner
- Maintain product integrity
- Use official product names when possible
- Credit HaiKitti when sharing product photos online
10. Intellectual Property
All HaiKitti product designs, artwork, branding, and photography remain the exclusive property of HaiKitti.
Retailers may not:
- Copy or reproduce designs
- Modify products
- Create derivative works
- Manufacture similar designs based on HaiKitti products
11. Online Sales Policy
Retailers may sell HaiKitti products online only through their own website.
Products may not be sold on:
- Amazon
- Etsy
- eBay
- Walmart Marketplace
- Other third-party marketplaces
Unless written approval is granted.
12. Territory & Account Approval
Wholesale accounts are approved at HaiKitti’s discretion.
Exclusivity is not guaranteed and may be evaluated based on:
- Store location
- Market saturation
- Order volume
HaiKitti reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application.
13. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Canceled orders may be subject to:
- 35% cancellation fee
14. Pricing Changes
Retailers will be notified prior to new pricing taking effect. We strive to keep our prices consistent, though supply chain and economic conditions may result in unavoidable increases over time. Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice.
15. Compliance
Retailers agree to:
- Follow all applicable laws
- Sell products responsibly
- Avoid modifying products in ways that affect safety
16. Right to Refuse Service
HaiKitti reserves the right to:
- Refuse wholesale accounts
- Cancel orders
- Terminate wholesale relationships
At its sole discretion.
17. Agreement
By placing a wholesale order, the retailer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all HaiKitti Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
